	No. Absolutely not. This is a terrible attempt at what could've been a very nice tattoo. Whoever did this needs to go back doing Kanji or changing oil....no offense to the person wearing it but come on...really...this is just bad...

	Very dark. Very busy. Not bad but could've used some softer tones in the wind bars and waves. What do you mean by a traditional background??
