This "tattoo" was done at Artisan Tattoo on Water St in Eau Claire Wisconsin. The guy claimed to have been tattooing for many years but come to find out he taught himself in prison. They have 2 other artists also. One who taught himself at home and the other is color blind. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!

	Yeah this douchebag really messed up my sisters tattoo. She's going to get it fixed eventually but shouldn't have to do this twice. Plus he was an ass to her the whole time he was doing it and says it's her fault it doesn't look better. A real pro

	Another example of why people who don't know what they're doing shouldn't own "tat guns" or as they're known professionally, tattoo machines (i know thats a mouthful for a lot of hackers)
