This a University of Kentucky Logo. The Mascot is a Wildcat. That is what the scratch represents, and of course, the saying is Kentucky fans bleed blue and that is what the red turned blue blood represents.

This tattoo was done by "Mike the Freak" at Atomic Tattoo shop in Clearwater Fl.
