Finally finished - 10 sessions - Over 50 hours

The "Weighing Of The Heart Ceremony".

In Ancient Egypt, it was thought that when you died, your heart was weighed on a big scale against a feather. If you were light-hearted (the feather weighed more, as depicted here) you would make it into the after-life.

The top depicts Anubis (God of the Dead) preparing the King for the afterlife.

While this may look dark, it's actually a positive representation of moving on to the afterlife.
