I got this tattoo with my cousins and it means always be true to yourself and never try and be someone your not, it originally came from the poem Nothing gold can stay by Robert Frost, That poem was then transformed into the book The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton and then then the Classic movie obviously came from the book. Its and amazing poem, book, and movie, if you you've never heard of them I highly suggest them. This tattoo was done by Ike from Skin Kitchen in Des Moines Ia. Thanks guys
