This was my first tattoo it was my 18th birthday present from myself! It is supposed to be a Japanese symbol for beautiful. I really don't know if that is the true meaning, If anyone at all knows please let me know!! I got it in Extreme body Arts Tattoo, Piercing and Supply Shop Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. (November 2008)

	Why would you get something permanently tattooed on you if you're not sure of the meaning? The character does happen to mean beautiful, but it's very badly written, has one wrong stroke, and doesn't even look that well tattooed.
