Ive always admired tattoos on people I think its a beautiful way to express ones self. This is my second tattoo and because I love ALL kinds of music I decided to get a tat on my hand. I like my tattoo but I feel like its missing that wow factor to make it POP can anyone give me pointers on what to do so I can fix it. Thanks in advance
