I love TMNT so I don't think you should cover it, just rework it. But I have NEVER heard of a tattoo looking that bad in 4 years. It looks like it is 50+ years old!

i'd get that bad boy covered. I too cant believe it faded soooo much so quick? Ive had a tattoo on my back for 3 or so years and it looks pretty damn good still... Her dad must not have been a professional.

Its only been 3 years and it has faded that much??! i have seen 13 year old tats look better than that!! and dont get redone get it covered!!
