mmmm rework is a good idea.. whats the minimum age for a tattoo where you live?

I love TMNT so I don't think you should cover it, just rework it. But I have NEVER heard of a tattoo looking that bad in 4 years. It looks like it is 50+ years old!

it faded that much in 4 years? the artist needs to quit.

i'd get that bad boy covered. I too cant believe it faded soooo much so quick? Ive had a tattoo on my back for 3 or so years and it looks pretty damn good still... Her dad must not have been a professional.

I say redo it with a good artist. It could be good, with the right artist.

i would never of known what kind of tat it was, I was thinking you could get a little closer and TMNT were cool back when i was 10. but to each there own, just hide it.
