| Im 15 & Got my 1st when I was 14 for My up coming birthday & I got my 2nd for christmas when I was 15 & My momma paid/signed for both of mine, So no Its not illegal to get tattoos over the age of 14 if your parents have signed. I happen to love Ladybugs. |
