| Andrea you don't put neosporin on tattoos. you need to get some luberderm lotion or some auqafor. Any way you let your tattoo get way to dry and now it has scabbed and you are going to have spots in your tattoo. Next time take better care |

| have you been drinking? alcohol makes tattoos dry up and scab a lot. you need to put some neosporin on this...Pronto! |
