	It's funny reading all the "This isn't a cover-up, it's a ploy to get higher ratings on your tat" comments. Taz is under the blue flower at the top. "Tattoo artists" claiming there is no way this can be a cover-up - you're a shitty tattoo artist. :)

	I dont think this is a cover up, black as to be used to cover up a tattoo, expecially a dark on originally, unless you have had it prelighted with white.
