It's just a thought, but how about a large butterfly in the centre of your back (in colour) with some swirls done in dot work flowing from it and continuing around your existing ink to bring it all together?

Wow, I don't normally go for tribal, but this is VERY nice. It's like a mix of tribal & polynesian which makes it far more interesting than just solid black.
