	I don't like tramp stamps anyway, but looking at the "art" by itself, there's just way too much going on to tell what it's supposed to be. Besides that, the middle circular thing isn't even close to being centered between the shitty tribal accents. Ugh.

	The tattoo is done very well; it looks very three dimensional. However, I don't know if a neck tattoo is the best idea. Either way, it looks pretty good.
