| For those who don't get it, theres a website code called PHP, and like most in-out HTML codes theres a special parser, or definer, which tells a web browser its using code. <? ?> Is the open and close parser for PHP. Good idea...bit dull though |

| Its a nice tat, but make sure you are 100% before doing it....and yes, lower back will hurt, the skin isnt too thick plus its near a bulk of nerves. |
